The Livingroom is Ruby’s indoor playroom. It includes a sofa, dog toys, and comfortable space where pets can play, relax, and receive personal interaction from staff.

Ruby’s typically conducts a late-evening check and potty break between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. before the overnight rest period.

Yes. House food is available when owners are unable or prefer not to bring enough food for the entire stay. Additional charges may apply.

Ruby’s can administer many common non-injectable medications when clear instructions are provided. Because the team is not a veterinary staff and cannot accommodate every medical need, owners should contact Ruby’s before booking to confirm eligibility. Ruby’s does not administer injections such as insulin.

Basic baths and nail trims may be added to a boarding stay. Ruby’s does not currently promote full-service grooming, so availability and suitability should be confirmed when booking.
